Afro Brazilian Workshops

In August 2018 master afoxé percussionist Dito D’Oxossi and his group Ylê De Egbá will lead workshops in percussion and costume during their visit to Reading UK from Pernambuco in NE Brazil.

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to experience the authentic culture of Brazil with afoxé rhythms, music, costumes and procession rituals.  Sessions are scheduled so you can attend both percussion and costumes if you wish.

Workshops are FREE of charge but book early as places are limited.
