Reggae singer and songwriter Jnr Watson will perform on the main stage for Readipop Festival’s 5th birthday at Kings Meadow Reading on 8-10 June 2022.
Jnr and his live band led by Grammy Award winning producer Don Chandler will perform on Sunday’s main stage joining festival headliners Morcheeba, Badly Drawn Boy and The Sugar Hill Gang.
Also appearing are Transglobal Underground, Nigel Clark frontman of Britpop favourites Dodgy, turntablist DJ Format, vocal house trio Sunscreem, nu-soul band Brother Zulu, reggae collective The Drop, live hip hop from OSP & K.Kayne, singer songwriters Hatty Taylor & Amya-Ray plus many more.
The event also offers festival goers local real ales and craft beer served by Purple Turtle bars, delicious street food, a record store and Reading’s Indie Urban Market stalls full of festival-friendly arts, crafts and clothes stalls.
