Whitley Community Development Association
The Whitley Social Club is a members-only organisation that is always looking for new members to join the club.
The Whitley Community Development Association (WCDA) organise community development activities and run a community cafe, working towards local people having increased skills and confidence to enable them to respond to local needs.
The Cafe is WCDA trading subsidiary that helps provide a space where people feel comfortable. Profits raised by the Whitley Social Club & Cafe go back to the host charity and support projects.
The Cafe is open Monday – Friday 9:00am – 2:00pm.
Membership:
If living in WCDA area, is only £30 per annum for a family (children under 18).
A single membership us £20 and OAPs are £10
Members can sign in guests at £2 per person.

Reading Reggae Collective
The Reading Reggae Collective is a live band of talented British reggae singers and players combining local talent with some of the best UK reggae artists.
Formed in 2020 to revitalise live reggae music the project offers talented artists development, access to recording studios and top reggae producers, promotion, and live events hosted by reggae singer songwriter Jnr Watson.
