Carnival of the World celebrates a second successful year in Reading UK with a range of diverse international artists.
A collaboration between Reading’s home grown steel orchestra RASPO Steel Orchestra and Slough based Stelphonic Steel Ensemble saw them join together to perform a captivating repertoire of popular songs.
