Reading Carnival of the World returns to Broad Street bigger and better for the 8th event since launching in 2016.
Featuring two 4m tall puppets courtesy of artist led carnival arts organisation Global Grooves; stunning Caribbean Carnival Queen Kaya and charming Manny grooving with his street dance moves wowed the audience.
