Reading All Steel Percussion Orchestra opened the main stage on Sunday at Readipop Festival in Caversham. DJ Lou Mulato kicked off the Readipop tent showcase for Jamah ‘Childish’ Lynam followed by Junior Watson’s roots reggae outfit IYA Rebels rounding off the Big Top weekend.
No, no, no introduction required for reggae legend Dawn Penn from Kingston, Jamaica whose dancehall re-recording of her single “You Don’t Love Me (No, No, No)” gave her global success in 1994 and lead to her Grammy nomination for the album of the same name.
