Artists and audiences attending the Reggae Fridays Open Mic event in Reading UK on 3 February 2023 at the CultureMix Arts & Music Centre were delighted by a surprise visit from Reggae royalty Junior Marvin.
The guitarist and singer famous for his dynamic live performances as lead guitarist with The Wailers since he joined in 1977 until Bob Marley‘s passing in 1981 performed his classic guitar solo live at CultureMix Centre to the delight of all present. He continues to keep Bob Marley’s iconic music alive regularly touring the world with The Wailers.

With reggae royalty gracing the stage the popular Open Mic nights are well attended with artists like Musical Youth front man Dennis Seaton, lovers rock artist Peter Hunnigale, Reggae’s Got Talent winner Rafeelya, and reggae singer songwriter Jnr Watson all backed by the best British reggae musicians.
