ABOUT PHON
PHON is a jazz 3 piece who draw influences from modern pioneers including the Richard Spaven Trio, Jojo Mayer’s Nerve and the Vels Trio as well as demonstrating 90s Drum & Bass and Hip hop sounds. Their tunes serve as launching off points for improvisatory explorations, while laying down hooks and always maintaining a strong sense of groove.
